  • 1 cups oil for frying

  • Salt ,oil,ajwain,kali mirch dono me equal
  • Quantity me mix kare
  • Ek me palak puree dalker dough bana le
  • Dusre me Bret root puree ya decicated beetroot mix kare
  • Dough jyada naram ya tight na ho
  • Leaf-green dough ke loi leker bele
  • Center me cut lagaye ang ander ki taraf fold kare
  • Hot oil me low flame per deep fry kare.
  • Flower : Red dough ki badi puri bele
  • 3 gol shape kate ek dusre ke uper rakhe
  • Ek chhota rectangle bhi kate
  • Is chhote piece ko roll kare
  • Teeno puriyo ke beech me unhi se dabaye
  • Roll ko rakhe puriyo ko equal part me cut lagaye and roll.ke uper one by one fold kare
  • Hot oil me deep fry kare
  • Chat masala dalkar serve kare
